When yoga meets strength training! BALLRZ is our latest signature flow class that is great for experienced yogis looking to up-level their practice AND people without yoga experience who want a great workout with the benefits of yoga.
Ballrz is a weights class. We warm up, then use weighted ballz—2lbs or 3lbs in a series of basic yoga poses and add cardio-bursts, and then stretch and cool down. All the poses are yoga based, but they are basic so you can focus on alignment, form and be safe while getting a great workout. Experienced yogis will improve their yoga practice and beginners will learn basic yoga poses while strength training, toning and gaining flexibility.
FINE PRINT: Ballrz is a super loud & rockin class. We ask that you have prior yoga experience OR have weight training experience OR be able to job an 11-minute mile, do 10 pushups and 50 sit-ups.
