In this 45-minute heated class, enjoy 15 minutes of core exercises + 15 minutes of core exercises with 2lbs or 3lbs ballz + 10 minutes of ball rolling then end with a well deserved resting pose, aka savasana.
Ball Hottiez is designed for those who love the burn, the heat, the sweat, and the ballz.
